Eurotested (EN1143-1) prefabricated strongrooms are the standard option today when building a vault. With Kaso vaults you have quaranteed quality and best burglary and fire protection available. Quality controlled by (ISO 9001), standardization and audits made by leading certification institutes in Europe.
Kaso prefabricated element range offers companies more options in building archives and lighter strongrooms for non bank use. When building an archive or vault with elements the respective archive gets not only standard fire protection, but also standardized burglary protection (EN 1143-1 grade II ... VI). Insurance companies require archives to be fire protected and tested against burglary, which is not possible if the archive is made on-site and consists of various materials.
An archive built by elements can be enlarged later on, moved or it can be dismantled or even moved into another building. A tested archive made of element panels can also have a high resale value.
Kaso panel options are suitable for use as company valuable storage strongrooms as an alternative to safes, alongside archive uses. The structures are suitable for many different purposes like commercial centers’ cash service spots, money calculation- or money maintenance rooms.
In order to find the suitable protective option, it is advisable to negotiate with the manufacturer, as well as with the respective insurance provider beforehand.
For demanding strong-rooms we recommend elements with burglary protection grade X. Banks and companies can use element options EH-20L and EH-30L for building their archives.

The wall panels are attached to each other or to the roof elements with indentation slots, ensuring that the breakage of the joints is extremely difficult. The panels are attached by welding or bolting, enabling installation in locations where welding is not possible. The vault doors must have the same or higher burglary protection grade than the walls.
