Gerda Titan Lock (NEED HELP) - (Thanks MantukaSNK!)

Mantas sent this to me from Poland and I've been struggling with it. If you have ANY ideas about how to open this NON-Destructively, please let me know. No, I won't use the Minigun or M203 on it... sorry. We'll pull those tools out later in the year when its a little warmer out.
