There are cases locks are picked by spaying acid into the lock - is the MCS resistant with such a try as the releases are on top - away from a running acid?

Just thinking. Instead of trying to pick the lock, what if a key were modified so the magnets could spin freely and the key were inserted and removed many times. Would the lock then adjust the magnets to have the correct orientation you think? It would be a huge design flaw of course.
         @LockFall @LockFall 09.03.2017->It would be difficult to rake this lock I believe. The problem isn't that the rotors wouldn't spin, but you would need them to spin and stop on the correct gates. Very precise tension control is needed. Again, lets say you did pick or rake them correctly, to check you would need to relieve tension then reapply, then sometimes the key still won't work which means that although the disc may have moved almost to the gate, when you relieve tension it still needs a little more of a bump afterwards to get into the gate fully.

I believe nothing is impossible though. :)
         @jasminelognnes989 @jasminelognnes989 09.03.2017->Ok, so it is not so simple =) Sometimes complex systems have simple bypasses, but not this one I guess =)
         @LockFall @LockFall 09.03.2017->Haha, well from what I've heard many have tried, but maybe they figured it out and haven't released it publicly. One flaw in the system that has already been discovered is that with access to a key you can copy it fairly easily.
         @jasminelognnes989 @jasminelognnes989 09.03.2017->That is probably the case =)

Copy the magnet key? Perhaps by spraying metal dust over it to see the magnetic fields and then reverse that pattern?

Interesting problem actually. How to construct a key that can't be copied?
         @LockFall @LockFall 09.03.2017->Jasmine Lognnes proof of concept here, certainly not as copy proof as they claim, even with a photo you could likely make a key http://www.keypicking.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=6350&sid=db3f29ba6f5e81a8b23c529b5494e1b9&start=30#p78307
